1 Definitions and Interpretation

"Platform" means the jeet12.app website, all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any associated applications operated by jeet12. "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and ancillary features available on the Platform. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Services. "Funds" means real-money balances held within a Player's Account. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player under a specific offer, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where a conflict arises between a general provision of this Agreement and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jeet12 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practice. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the Services under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals by applicable law.
• You are registering as an individual for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate entities, syndicates, and professional wagering operations may not open Player Accounts.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by jeet12 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.

jeet12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawals.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jeet12 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your login details.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• You must notify jeet12 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• You must not use another Player's Account or allow another person to use your Account.
• All activity conducted from your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security incident in advance.

jeet12 employs SSL encryption across all platform sessions to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, you remain responsible for securing your device and browser environment against malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

jeet12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Current supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 across all mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer minimums may vary as displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jeet12 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or alternative payment instruments.
• Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours.
• Verification hold: jeet12 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays.
• Currency: All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

jeet12 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond jeet12's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jeet12 offers promotional bonuses — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions — subject to the following general conditions. Each individual promotion may carry additional specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player: Promotions are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Live dealer tables, for example, may contribute at 10% while slots contribute at 100% unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳500 unless jeet12 specifies otherwise in the promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided.
• Bonus abuse: Any strategy — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — constitutes bonus abuse. jeet12 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account in such cases.

jeet12 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retrospectively affect bonuses already in progress.

6 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on jeet12 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market, as displayed on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all Services:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where jeet12 explicitly permits in-play cancellation for a specific market.
• In the event of a technological error — including software faults, server interruptions, or pricing errors that result in manifestly incorrect odds — jeet12 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). In-play markets are settled based on the score at the time of settlement, not the score at the time the bet was placed.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. jeet12 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Players must not use automated scripts, bots, or any external software to place bets on the Platform. Any Account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all pending bets voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeet12 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform using a false identity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to generate artificial winnings.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jeet12 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Platform's technology, design, or content.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

8 Responsible Gaming

jeet12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players on the Platform. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their Account settings. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications to alert them when they have been active for a specified period.
• Cool-off periods: Players may request a temporary break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, login access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeet12 Platform — including but not limited to the jeet12 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, game graphics, text, icons, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of jeet12 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from jeet12.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeet12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity — even if jeet12 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeet12's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeet12 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on your own device.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

jeet12 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at jeet12.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

jeet12 applies industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted on the Platform. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform safely and lawfully.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jeet12 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory verification.

jeet12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Extended inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account policies, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated to the Player's registered contact details prior to any deduction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jeet12 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform and/or via the contact details held on their Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jeet12 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent dispute resolution.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or Account transaction, Players should contact jeet12 support at [email protected] in the first instance. jeet12 will investigate and respond to all formal complaints within five business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, jeet12 will work in good faith to reach a fair resolution.

jeet12 does not accept liability for bets placed or gaming sessions conducted in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
